Return Policies

• Due to the nature of our products and services, refunds cannot be issued once your approval has been given and the completed document has been e-mailed to you.
   
• During the design process, if we are unable to meet your needs for any reason we will gladly refund your purchase prior to a final proof approval. Once we have your approval and have released your final design to you, we cannot process a refund to you.
